What We Collect, and Why

When you send an enquiry through this website, we receive the details you choose to share: your name, email address, phone number if you provide one, rental dates, pick-up location, party details and your wishes.

We use this information for one purpose only: to reply to you with a tailored rental offer. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

How Your Enquiry Is Handled

This website has no customer database and keeps no copy of your enquiry. Your details are transmitted to our lead handling system and to our sales mailbox, where the team replies personally.

Trusted service providers process enquiries on our behalf under data processing agreements: an EU-hosted lead handling system, where enquiries are stored until handled, and our email services provider.

We keep enquiries only as long as needed to handle your request and any rental that follows from it, after which they are deleted.

Cookies, Only with Your Consent

By default this website sets no cookies. Analytics and marketing cookies are activated only after you accept them in the cookie banner, and you can change or withdraw your choice at any time from Cookie Settings in the footer.

If you accept analytics, we use analytics cookies (kept up to 2 years) to understand how the site is used. Anonymised session recordings may be collected; the contents of form fields are masked and never recorded.

If you accept marketing, we use measurement cookies (kept up to 3 months) to understand which channels bring our guests. When you send an enquiry, a hashed, unreadable version of your email address may be used to improve this measurement.

These services are provided by established technology providers under their data processing terms. Declining cookies never affects your ability to use the site or send an enquiry.

Your Rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to its processing and to withdraw consent at any time by writing to sales@luxcar.fi.

If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman of Finland (tietosuoja.fi).
